Chef Scott Anderson set his company up with the vision of bringing professional cuisine directly to you. He does this by offering a range of services including wedding and event catering, bespoke home dining experience, cookery classes, demonstrations and one to one lessons.
Scott Anderson has been in the industry since 1990; he has worked in some of the best hotels and restaurants in the Southern Hemisphere and has been exclusively developing dishes for Marks and Spencer since 2003. This experience has given him an insight into the way we eat and what we really know about food. It has also added to his passion for food and drive to innovate and experiment with different ingredients to produce delicious dishes.
